30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Opened products may only be returned if faulty or incorrectly sent.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email info@luxuryoilperfumes.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The original payment method will be credited.

Exchanges

We offer one-time exchanges for a different fragrance or size within the 30-day window. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 CET on business days are typically dispatched the same day.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $200.
Express (2–3 business days): $15.
Next Day: $35.
International shipping times vary by destination.

Packaging

Every order ships in our signature burgundy gift box with tissue paper, a wax seal, and a personalised fragrance card. We use carbon-neutral shipping partners.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch. All shipments are fully insured. For lost or damaged deliveries, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
